Apparently the guy who buried the jersey was bragging at a bar (could be wrong about the bar part, kind of fuzzy). I do know that the Yankees found out because the guy said he buried it, where he did, and that it had been several weeks. The last update I heard was that the Yankees were considering pressing charges, but would most likely just sue him, if any legal action were to be taken. Yep, maybe he should have waited 6 months, till the project was farther along, and harder to dig up. Hey Scott,
