Does Anyone Want to Make Me a Banner?
I need a Skyscraper 120×600 banner in either GIF, JPG, or SWF format. It can be anything you like concept-wise, but I need it by January 18th. Send me your best banner for American Cliche and if I use it, I’ll give you (or your website, band, podcast, etc.) a shout on the show and a link in the shownotes.
The banner will be featured on the Santa Barbara International Film Festival website. Thank you in advance!

I’m interested, but what do you mean by skyscraper?

yes, more details please on “skyscraper”? Also, do you want it animated? Will this just be an “ad” for American Cliche? web address, etc?

I think skyscraper is just a term to describe that it is a tall banner, but the dimensions are 120 wide by 600 tall, hence skyscraper. It can be animated or whatever you think works. It will be a banner with the goal of getting people that have never heard of American Cliche to come visit the website and listen to the show. The web address would be americancliche.net
Does that help?
Thanks for all your enthusiasm!

“skyscraper” is a name for a bannerformat (120×600 or something like it)

I figured that’s what you meant by ‘skyscraper’. I thought I’d ask just to make sure. Being a Graphic Designer, I’ve learned that it’s always best to double-check with clients just exactly what they want. If I find time I might be able to whip something up.

I was a little late listening to this weeks show, but I’ll be sure to send you something before the 18th.

Hey Everyone,
Thank for all the banner submisisons. It was truly overwhelming. I think I got 35 or so submissions. As you can imagine it was hard to choose a winner, but I think I found one that I liked the best for this particular situation. I’ll announce later tonight on the show.
Thanks again!
