I’m coming off a disappointing football weekend. The Patriots were eliminated by Denver and I just don’t care that much about any of the other teams. At least Indy lost. At any rate, it’s good to know that I can drown my sorrows in a great glass of wine and some fucked up stories on the web. This week’s show contains some doozies.

Here are the details:

  • Getting a Job on eBay
  • Listener Rant of the Week: Song Segments
  • David Culiner – The Garden
  • Flaming Mouse
  • Mighty Minute
  • Dirtbag of the Week: Jason Strickland
  • Funny Warning Labels
  • One Man’s Opinion

You know, it really burns me that people can’t give the Broncos credit for CAUSING the Patriots to make mistakes. Apparently the Patriots were the only team on the field. I think everyone is just giving the Patriots too much credit. The Broncos forced fumbles and interceptions with a good defense. The Patriots played a good game otherwise.

I love the show, even if you can’t give the Broncos proper credit. ;-)

    Hi Bryan,

I was wondering if any Denver fans would call me out on that. I’m sure depending on which side of the aisle you are on, you see it two different ways. I don’t think that Denver played particularly well…they played well enough to beat the Patriots, but take away those turnovers and you have a totally different outcome.

Additionally, the officiating for all four games was atrocious. In most cases the bad calls favored the home team. This game was certainly NO exception. I thought this was a good read:

Anyway, I respect your opinion and appreciate the feedback.

Have a great weekend and good luck to your Broncos!

I know this is a little late but the mouse story has been shown to be false. An 81 year old man who just got a little excited and talky when his house burned due to wind blowing his fire around and into the house.

A Google search will provide more.

I really enjoy the show and just subscribed to the mobilecast as well.

And finally… Yes, I’ve taken the survey. Hooray for me.

Ha…well there you go. Seems that I need to do a bit of extra checking on my mouse-causes-house-fire type of stories! :)

Thanks for listening and for posting!
